Before you start

Connect the device to a reliable home network before installation.

Keep the server, username and password from your order ready.

Use the device store or the app publisher's official website.

From the main screen, open Settings, System Settings, Servers, then Portals. Menu names can vary slightly by model.

Enter “IPTV Israel Store” as the portal name and type the portal URL supplied by our support team.

Share the MAC address shown on the device information screen with support. Never post it publicly.
